At Jolie Princess, we provide secure and convenient payment options through Shopify Payments. Payment must be completed in full at checkout before an order can be processed.

Available payment methods may be displayed at checkout based on your device, browser, location, and other payment eligibility requirements.

We do not currently accept payment methods that are not displayed as available at checkout.

2. Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Payment information is transmitted using appropriate security measures and is handled by the payment processing systems provided through Shopify.

Jolie Princess does not store your complete card details on our website.

3. Full Payment at Checkout

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

We do not currently offer:

  • Deposits or partial payments;

  • Cash on delivery;

  • Payment by bank transfer;

  • Cheque payments; or

  • Installment payment plans.

Your order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Payment Verification

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, some transactions may be subject to additional verification by the payment processor.

If a payment cannot be successfully authorised or verified, the order may not be completed.

If your payment is declined, please check that your payment details are correct or try another available payment method shown at checkout.

5. Currency and Pricing

All product prices and applicable charges are displayed on our website before you complete your purchase.

The final amount payable will be shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed where required before you complete your order.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once we issue a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
